His mouth is screwed up as if he'd tasted vinegar with cheeks sucked in and it's hilarious (only to people who love little kids being funny I suppose)!

This morning I was so close to turning over in bed rather than going swimming but I gave myself a talking to and did my lengths.

Feeling a bit fed up with the weight loss (or lack of it) as I have been stuck at 11stone 2lb for 3 weeks now. I am NOT pigging out and have stuck to the exercise so not sure why it's not shifting.

Also, I visited the physio today and the niggly back problem is connected to a bursar problem in the side of my leg. He grinded his elbow into it for 2 mins then asked how I felt??? Back on Friday for some ultrasound or something.
