Open All Hours

To be fair to this restaurant, they are closed for a refurb. However, it reminded me of the time a friend, who will remain nameless, declared to the group on arriving at the holiday apartments 'I'm away out for a walk to see if that 24 hour shop is open'. He has never been allowed to forget it...18 years on!
