The list

O busied herself when she got home today...with her party list. Her birthday is not for several months but she is very excited as she's never had a proper party at a chosen venue before. I've made some enquiries and have been quite shocked by the price charged.

Perhaps we'll just let her celebrate every five years or so, so we have time to save up!

At O's school they haven't started doing any formal reading or writing yet, but she seems to have memorised how to write nearly all the names of her classmates. When I saw that she was trying to write 'Isabele', I tried to offer her some help to which she angrily retorted: "I know how to write it because Isabele taught me". Julie, who is also four, taught O how to draw a star the other day.
I'm feeling pretty redundant at the moment!
