Ilford Advocate

I made a light box today. I've been playing with it all day!

This old beauty is an Ilford Advocate; the first British 35mm camera. It sports a fixed 35mm f/3.5 lens and the maximum shutter is 1/200 sec.

The ivory enamel finish makes it quite simply one of the prettiest cameras ever built.

The camera is still in good working condition and I've always got a film in it. It's especially good for landscape shots thanks to the wide angle lens.
