Signs of spring

I have blipped the flowers on this rose many times but today I was drawn to the signs of it getting ready for the spring. Not much sign of spring today though - I was up before God to get round the M25 to then freeze as I hobbled around a mainly outdoors site. Home again now and crunching through my emails and trying to get warm; I think I'm going to light the fire. Jemma is coming round for dinner tonight so I'm going to start cooking soon - veggie stuff only.
