Recovery

Today has been a rather lazy day, I've spent the whole day relaxing and recovering from the run yesterday.

I went for a sports massage this morning, then a leisurely walk into town to pay in the money from selling Hexie on Saturday. This was the view on my way to the bank. It's been such a nice day in Edinburgh today.

I'm back at the flat now, with my feet up, watching the 4400 on Netflix. I've only been on netflix a couple if days and i'm already halfway through season 2, I've found yet another tv obsession!
