Whale watching and more...

As we vent shopping this morning we took a little trip out of our way and stopped by the harbour in Reykjavik.
Whale watching is a growing tourist attraction in Reykjavik as you can see on the ship to the left. Behind the ship is Harpa, the ugly music hall.
The Turkish green houses on the right are shops, coffee bars, restaurants and Cinema No2 where my friend shows his films.
When I was young we fished from the small docks and old men were mending their nets in the Turkis green houses - which were dirty white at that time - most of the houses around were not built by then.
The pier in the front is not bent like that, it's Photoshop that does this when photomerging the ten photos I used for this blip.
