Yesterday I learned the very sad news that Ralph McQuarrie, one of the prime architects of my imagination, had passed away. This is my tribute to the genius that helped give life to the Star Wars franchise, and whose paintings have graced so many of my bedroom walls over the years. Ralph McQuarrie, the Force will be with you, always.
