Where to go?

We're going travelling soon but we're yet to decide where to go first, or what to do first. The world is indeed our oyster! The first location may be one of these places, or somewhere completely different. Any suggestions?.....

Throughout 2012 I am raising money for the MS Resource Centre for my mum's 60th birthday year. Sadly she died from MS 12 years ago.
