Red Letter Day

We get a lot of high winds up here in Shetland, many at hurricane force. The wind itself doesn't bother me, but the sound of the letter box banging always drove me bonkers!! I used to keep putting a towel in there and dropping gentle hints to 'hubster' that a little catch on the letter box would be fab. He eventually caught on to the catch idea!! And here's my new and improved windproof letter box. I'm hoping when the bills come in the postman won't be able to get the catch open!!! Ha ha!
