The Key

There are many kinds of keys around our house. We have decorative skeleton keys, keys to start our cars, keys to lock our doors, keys to lock our safe, keys to open our camper, keys to unlock our hearts and keys to wind our clocks.

This key is very, very old and has been in my family a long time. It belonged to my grandmother and grandfather, then my parents, and now to my wife and I. It winds an old clock that was passed down through the generations along with the key.

The keys that we treasure the most are those that have been passed down from generation to generation.
