Christening day.

Morning spent getting ready - sewing, ironing, finding something to wear, dyeing and drying/styling my hair, bathing boys, feeding them etc!

Been raining all day and even snowing this afternoon! Think that must be the first rain we've had for months!

We made it to the church for the christening of my cousins baby boy. Quick christening led by a Gandalf clone! This blip shows our dramatic view! Followed by a party with lots of lovely and delicious home made food. Boys had fun on the bouncy castle! Nice to catch up with some family.

Tonight - by joint effort between my eldest and me, we got a wobbly back tooth out! He was so brave even though it hurt like hell and bled a lot! It was his "bad" tooth that had a huge filling in it and had been badly chipped when he tried to bite an aniseed ball a few months ago, so it came out in bits! He did feel a crack when on the bouncy castle this afternoon! So he went to bed feeling sorry for himself! But looking forward to the money that the tooth fairy is going to bring! I have told him that I will give him some too for being so brave and letting me get that tooth out! There is still some filling in the gum but am guessing that will be pushed out - or am hoping that's what will happen!
