Morning Glory

Jane and James came for dinner tonight and Chris made a fantastic beef stew. The beef was cooked for hours in beer and it was really tender. Served on top of mashed potato.

The beer was 'Morning Glory' by the Wigram Brewing Co from Christchurch. It's a breakfast beer - what a great idea for those days when you need a little something to get you started.
