Cairn
Went for a walk over to Holborn Head today, hoping to see the porpoises that often feed off the point. The sun was shining, fulmars were pairing up on the cliffs and I saw my first puffin of the season, but unfortunately not a single porpoise.
We had great views over to Orkney and the Old Man of Hoy, but this view over to Dunnet Head caught my eye. You can just make out the Stevenson lighthouse perched high on the most northerly cliffs on the British mainland.
