Curds and wayhay!

Yesterday I went with my mum to the Southbank Centre where there happened to be the regular real food market.
we passed a stall that was selling preserves and the guys stopped us and told us to try the raspberry curd, well it was so mouth wateringly good I immediately bought a jar.
So today we went back and bought more for some friends. As you can see by my jar I am already half way through it, it is seriously damn good.
This is apparently the first season they have made raspberry curd and it is going down very well.....and I can vouch for that!

If you are lovers of curd, jams and preserves you can buy thier products online....unfortunately the raspberry curd is not on the website yet.
They also have stalls at various markets around the UK so if there is one near you I recommend you give them a try
