Friday: Roast Pork

Our friend, T., has been accommodating us over the last few days and has been looking after us royally!  We have been most spoilt.

Tonight we enjoyed a fantastic piece of roast pork.  Unfortunately, K. broke a tooth on the crackling but we decided that the crackling was so fine it was worth it.
