Art forms ?

Another wet, grey day in Brussels, after a few chinks in the clouds yesterday that seemed to have settled on Belgium for the last fortnight. Nothing much to inspire today. I had thought of shooting the palm trees in the university greenhouses but the windows were too steamed up. I then spotted this "art" suspended in an open area beside the arboretum in town on my way back from dropping off the carsharing car. The rest of the 'garden' was similarly festooned with 'art forms'.
