Having completed the parental duties of getting 2 children to school, I headed off for a short (sub 5 mile) cycle ride before starting work at home.

The weather was cold and uninviting, and as I turned west along the south bank of the Stour, I decided that the lure of the laptop and emails was a draw too strong in the face of cold wind and fog. I returned along the river to Manningtree and home.

Must do more on Sunday...
