Gubbins room

We are in the middle of a massive extension (3.5 square metres) of our gubbins room. There is no room to swing a cat and it doubles as back door entrance, potato chitting room, laundry, claokroom etc. When the work is completed we probably still won't be able to do the cat swinging thing but maybe we'll have room to swing a mouse if the mood takes us!
