Chasing Shadow

Saturday was a gorgeous day and Ariah and I took a walk to the park. She took a bucket with her to put her findings in it. As she walked pass by a flower bed she said "grandma this is so beautiful". I couldn't resist. Here she is with the flower in hand chasing her shadow.

During our adventure she collected 1 flower, 3 rocks, 1 stick and 1 leaf.

Oh and I lost my new reading glasses along the way. Ariah and I retraced our steps and luckily we spotted them in the bush completely camouflaged. We were so excited and she said "grandma you're so happy and that makes me happy". She melts my heart.
