Set or Dawn?

Welsh rugby is on a high in international rugby at the moment, but under that level regional rugby seems to be imploding. Top stars off to play in France, a poor product on the pitch, Cardiff unsure as to where they to play their matches and most of the regions seemingly being cash strapped.

My Twitter timeline was full of comments last night as the Ospreys continued to struggle, I don't know what the game was like as I was watching rugby league. Now rugby league may have its own problems but at least it's got the product on the pitch right, entertaining, skilful and full of tries. The IRB need to help as well, by sorting some of the rules out which are slowly killing the game at the moment.
