Went to aqua fit with Emma and Les tonight.

JUMP!! PUNCH!! KICK!! BREATHE IN!! SLICE!! PUNCH!! KICK!! GROVEL(?)!! BREATHE OUT!! SLICE!! RUN!! STAR JUMPS!! RUN!! PUNCH!!

Absolutely terrifying, and yet hilarious at the same time.
