Sweet potato dahl

Had to go to the supermarket at lunchtime instead of my usual walk. Needed to get the ingredients for my sweet potato and spinach dahl.

We had to clear the old furniture out of the front room when I got home ready for tomorrow's delivery. Trying to get the 3 seater sofa out with two of us was interesting...we eventually managed it with the help of son number two and by taking a door off its hinges. All the old stuff was shoved into the garage awaiting disposal.

I enjoyed making two large pans of sweet potato and spinach dahl. The recipe called for lots of red chillies but wasn't too hot in the end. Now have to work out what to put it in to get it to work without filling the car with curried lentils.
