Inari sushi

I cooked Japanese dinner for our friend tonight. One of the dishes was Sushi called 'Inari sushi' in this photo. The pouches are made from fried Tofu and the fillings are Japanese rice with some vinegar, and carrots, green soya beans, shitake mushrooms etc.... I wasn't sure if she liked them, and she absolutely loved them.

We had a great night until now... 11:30pm... I'm ready for bed. Good night!
