Palms

I was in california today. Actually, this is masvingo, Zimbabwe. It was one of the first British settlements here and has a swanky downtown sector in spite of the poorness of the city. Since 2002 the city has grown from around 50,000 to well over 100,000. This growth has brought a decent increase in money, and tax dollars. That's why the landscaping looks better than any other city I have seen here.
