It was still as you like today so we decided to burn the huge heap of last year's sarments (vine clippings.). Many people buy a pile of these to barbecue fish on. We have too many to keep. You can only have bonfires here until the end of March so there are pillars of white smoke all over the shop.

Lizzie stoked the fire with forkloads and I raked the remnants. She is SUCH a fire-dragon. Lucky me.
