It's Friday, it's special!
It's Friday :-) hip hip hooray
A lovely day outside, very foggy along the Beauly Firth as the Hogwarts Express chugged away en route to the death star.
Almost spooky :-0
Prompting the thought "ok sorry, you are the 0706 to Wick and you're droping me off at the Muir"
But no sooner past Beauly and the sun was starting to burn it all away.
The sky is an absolute delight this evening (notice how I resisted the temptation to say tonight there, doh! just have now)
Jupiter with Venus noticably closer together to the west
La Lune high up due south, light fluffy drifting clouds passing over briefly, a milky blue sky.
Looking at the moon lighting up the clouds through binoculars and on my camera screen, they look like hubble images, such a pity they don't end up like that :-(
Below the moon is the great constellation of Orion, below Orion is Sirius the dog star, sparkling like a pretty little diamond.
To the east is the red planet Mars.
Awesome beauty, a very special Friday night sky :-)
