inspired by bursting buds

They weren't there last week. suddenly there are catkins everywhere. I prefer the name 'pussy willow' for these fluffy little blobby ones. It won't be long until the drops of moisture are replaced by a dusting of pollen. Time then for the bees to come out of their winter hiding.
