I know, through exhaustive research, I have watched the relevant CSI episode, that it is technically possible to drown in a few inches of water. And if you're metric I guess it's also possible in centimetres, but I have no research for that.

However, should you end up face down, I can't see that the buoy is of any use to you. And, given that you can almost walk over this, loch lake pond puddle, who needs the buoy to rescue anyone?

But, it is Argyll. And we are different. Not strange. Just different.
