A bud. Again.

Still on manual though. I got a fab shot of a bird, I'd stood there for nearly three quarters of an hour trying to get it, it's focused, but just a fraction too light or exposed ?!! I don't know really. But, I never gave up and didn't slink back to auto.

In other news, the washer repair man came back. Promptly, sliced through the end of his finger and needed first aid. Seeing as there was only me and him here, guess who dealt with it? Deduction in price? Oh no. A pump, a redo of the motor, three call outs, £125 and the contents of my first aid cupboard later. The washer is working.

The window wipers are working again now too. (The washer man didn't do these as an extra, I took it to the garage). It's been a nightmare for the last two weeks when it's rained. The kids were moaning like nothing else, every time we hit the lights.

Well, I wasn't going to get out and wipe the windows.
