Moorhen again - scratch that itch

I have a plan to photograph the woodland birds in a small wood near to our office so at lunch time I set up some feeders to attract them in. I visited the pond again to to look for frog spawn and Moorhen was having a good old preen. Seems to be this birds lunch time routine.
