Uh oh

Remember when we had problems with the water here? We thought we'd sorted it out, but unbeknownst to us, the water was still leaking all this time, just not in a place we could see. It was seeping under the flooring. First we knew of it was a new stain on the living room ceiling ( to go with all the other ones we've had to paint over in the past few years). Then we noticed the floor in the bathroom was sinking in places. So we pulled back the flooring and checked. It was wet through. I tested it with my foot...and it went straight through it. So now we have a hole in the bathroom floor and the whole lot is ruined. The plumbing is a disaster and the shower is still leaking. Major work to be done. Not good timing, as I have friends coming here for lunch tomorrow and then it's Grace's birthday party on Saturday. And the place is such a mess. :(
