The joy of commuting

Quite a day.

Up at 5.15am to head down to the London HQ. Some good misty high ISO shots at the bus stop. I've blipped this one instead simply because it contains people, and you don't often see people in my blips.

On reflection now I prefer the composition of my alternative shot without the woman in it, but I shot that at ISO 1600 and the noise is intrusive.

I was far too busy at the office to grab any photos. One of those days which would have been inconceivable at the start of my working life back in 19xx . All day I was popping in out of a video conference with a team in Mumbai who are flying out here tomorrow, I had a couple of meetings with one of our managers who is over from Frankfurt, and spent an hour on the phone to our Chicago office.

Got back home for 9.30pm. Up at 4.30am to do it all over again tomorrow. Deep joy.
