reading the signs

quite an important day today, so I found myself looking for good omens... you know the type of thing... groups of magpies... patterns in the sky... lucky pennies... and very large shakespearean quotes in the middle of the square...

I took this to be a good thing as it appeals to my witchy side... I did think the pigeon should scarper though, before it got caught up as an ingredient in the spell...

It's World book day today, and the National Library has an exhibition on about the Scottish play... so I guess it's all related : )
