Crepes and Galettes workshop

Before the café opened for the summer on 1st July the indomitable Marie-Thèrese (on the right of the photo) together with her husband Michel (left of the photo) and two freinds descended on Kervilon for lunch, stories, Breton music and most importantly a lesson on how to make crepes and galettes.

They make hundreds of crepes and galettes every Friday at a folk music event on the mainland. The secret is in the pâte or batter which you make with your hands. MT was a a hoot, no need to worry about putting a foot wrong, she kept you right and at great volume every step of the way.
