A rare sight in Oxford Street

Crossing Oxford Street at lunchtime today and I noticed there was no traffic on the stretch looking west from Oxford Circus. That's got to be rare at that time of day hasn't it? It didn't last long. It was soon full of buses and taxis as usual.
