Riding a mobility scooter maxing at 8 mph down a public highway, pausing randomly to adjust your hearing aid, veering one way then the other is not a safe way to travel.

Lucky for him it was a minor road and I was keeping to the speed limit prior to seeing him. I took this pic while stationary if anyone is concerned for my safety!
