Joo Chiet Rd

Just finished lunch and saw this as I came out. Threatening to rain- and sure enough five minutes later a tropical downpour with thunder and lightning. Some shots also taken during the rain and I couldn't make up my mind which to blip.

This one won because I liked the contrast of dark sky and brightly lit buildings.
