The view

This is the view from the small inn at which I work part time, looking towards Waipio Valley. It's only another mile or so to what many consider the most transcendent spot on the island. Not a bad view while you're pulling weeds.

Went to the theatre tonight to watch the Oscar-nominated animated shorts. Pixar always pleases, but I didn't really care too much for most of the others. I still don't know which one won....
