Non-Leap Year

I was going to write something about Leap Year (and include the fact Feb 29 is Henri Richard's birthday) when Mike Leaped up on my typing table. This is, in itself, no unusual; but today he decided to flop down between the keyboard and the monitor, a furry speedbump on the information superhighway. And would he Leap away? Not a chance....
