Year Gives Her One Day More . . .

I've mentioned numerous times that we celebrate the 29th of every month. Leading to this day we've talked about how seldom we've had a 29th of February in all these years of marriage. So I did the math to discover that this is our 12th time of enjoying this rare day.

February holds the record as the shortest month, even with this extra day, but somehow this short little month always feels long, and even tiring. I'm sure it has lots to do with the start of the spring semester midway through the month and with the necessity of getting ready for the taxman! Ugh!

So we're celebrating this extra day and evening!
