A Petal.....

.....lasts only but a short while.

I thought to capture more images of Spring today, as I love Spring and the warmer weather it brings.

I spied this mini yellow Orchid, I tried to zoom in on the dewy sap seeping from it's leaves but my macro leaves much to be desired, so I opted for this shot instead!

Then I heard about Davy Jones passing away in his Florida home this afternoon, so I dedicate this delicate flower to him.....

Thanks for the music I enjoyed so much as a child and thank you for the kooky re-runs I spent my weekends watching ;)
