I made black forest bars earlier.
Then I got told that the cherries now go in it not on it
So I melted them and tempered (by hand) and remade them.
Arse.

I took another photo at the kids bedtime but it wasn't quite as I'd like it so will try again another night. Or cheat and stage it in the day when it's lighter.
