You just keep me hanging on

Lovely day with my friend Thorpster - lunch, cakes, walk, talk. Of course, we had to pause every five minutes for me to take pictures. However the one I decided to go with was this shadow of my hand cast by the setting sun through the blind in my front room.

re the not smoking - it's hell. But my sense of smell has returned and everything smells fab (apart from my living room and my feet!).

From past experience, tomorrow my sense of taste will return and I will eat my own (not inconsiderable) bodyweight in chocolate.
