What a puppy!
It's hard to believe that Molly is 4-and-a-half years old! In this photo, so typical of her, she looks to be much, much younger. Good for her! Over these last 50-odd months, she has had a lot to put up with.
She was on the way to see Fiona, her friendly vet. Earlier in the week, she was incontinent, wetting floors all around the house. On Sunday night, she could not settle and had me getting up several times to let her outside. Eventually, I left her there, and she spent the rest of the night sleeping under the pampas grass.
On Monday, her friend Holly took a full box of bonio biscuits from the garage, Before we realised what was happening, she and Molly had demolished most of the contents; and I suspect that Molly had more than her share! On Tuesday - surprise, surprise - Molly had a bad case of diahoerria.
But these ups-and downs have never stopped Molly being cheerful. Following a phone conversation with Fiona on Monday, we increased her medication and at today's checkup, she was pronounced to be in excellent health. There was even a blood-test to see if her kidney is OK, and Fiona says that all is well.
