Sea therapy

Stopped on the way home for a little 'Sea Therapy'. Just standing on the beach with the noise of the waves and the smell of the sea is hugely calming and cleansing I think. Wish I could attach the sound to this blip!

The road winding up the rocks on the left is where I stopped and took yesterdays blip looking down to where I stood today!
