The Lay-By Boats

Boats appears in this lay-by at regular intervals. One appears in the evening and we see it as we go home and the following morning it is still there. I'm sure it is an 'abnormal load' and that they get transported at less busy traffic times.

I just want to know who builds them and where do they go to.The middle of East Anglia is not close to the sea.

They churn them out almost monthly. I'm so curious (nosey), internet snooping called for, I think.
