I'm struggling with the perennial problem of unreliable hotel wifi signals, but doing my best.

I was teaching this morning on a multinational regional masters course on human rights, and the students came up with an excellent multilingual take on tomorrow's BiH independence day. I wonder who can guess all the different languages...

The thaw is in full flight now, and even though it wasn't raining this afternoon (unlike this morning), you end up getting wet either from the puddles or from the continuous drip drip off the buildings.
