UFO

No, it's not really a UFO. It is a well known celestial body, which I failed utterly at photographing. Oddly enough, I think the picture represents the day perfectly. A little fuzzy and completely spaced out (pun intended). It's probably also a sign of the day that I just used a horrible pun.

Between the back hurting, the fuzziness of the drugs, and the fact that I stared at redlines most of the day I am pretty much a zombie tonight. Even staring blankly at the tv sounds like a lot of work.

On the fun side, we had our first 'Arduino Hackers club' meeting at lunch today. It is basically an inexpensive, easily programmable board/system to do electro-mechanical systems. This is precisely why I got two degrees. We just got into the basics today, but I am rather excited to see where it goes. You can expect to see some photos of interesting gadgets we create in the upcoming months. Here is a video of a laser harp that someone built using this board. Can you see why I am excited?
