Actually it's a photo of a lovely ;ittle girl taunting her poor dog with a stick - a stick that (right now) he wants more than anything else in the world - and she is going to hang on to it and not let him near it for the rest of the walk, even when she is on Daddy's shoulders and bashing him on the head with it.
